When I attended Teachers College, I lived with an elderly lady, Mrs McKey who loved her newspapers. It was from her that I learnt to search and keep images for future potential inspiration. I still cut and keep images from newspapers and glossy magazines (may they never die) Being mindful of copyright, I try to draw from original images taken on my iphone, that I carry everywhere. The filing cabinet and 'imagine board' get re-evaluated and changed every so often. My current focusses are Australian Desert landscapes and beach scenes(my favourite places), endangered Australian species, pet dogs (because I would adore one), and vintage caravans and kombis (of course).
